·       All cancellations must be made in writing.

 ·       Cancellation charges:

·       30+ days before departure: 25% of tour cost will be deducted.

·       15-30 days before departure: 50% of tour cost will be deducted.

·       Less than 15 days/ No Show: NO refund will be given. 

·       Refund timeline: 10-20 working days.

CCCancellation of railway/ air tickets will be as per the rules of service provider.
